Excelente enfoque, quedó claro el poder de utilizar la multimetodología para resolver problemas.
Gracias ! We expect to show through experiments that modeling and simulation, and more specifically Agent-based Modeling, can support the Problem Structuring process specially by increasing the stakeholders involvement and the holistic understanding.

Gracias ! Our proposal is general and independent from the specific PSM, however we will have to choose a specific Soft-PO method to test the framework. I would say that SODA and SSM are the candidates due to their wide adoption in the literature.
,Excelente propuesta, destaco la creatividad y agradezco que hayan puesto a disposición, Consulta, para trabajar ese tipo de simulación y no otra hubo algo que los orientó, existieron ventajas de solapamiento diferenciales con respecto a otros tipos de simulación.
Muchas gracias ! The agent-based modeling approach is interesting when there are information regarding the specific agents and there is little knowledge regarding systemic relationships. In a problem structuring situation, the different actors know more about its specific perspective and have limited knowledge regarding the other parts of the system/organization. That’s why we believe that agent-based modeling can contribute with the stakeholders engagement and the holistic understanding of the problem. With the specific agents modeling provided by the differents actors (what can improve the stakeholders involvement and knowledge) it will be possible to assess emergent properties (what can improve the holistic understanding of the problem). Other approaches, such as System Dynamics, are also useful however they have different characteristics.
Buen día, ¿se ha pensado combinar la dinámica de sistemas para modelar la conducta de agentes en ambientes complejos? Y simular el comportamiento con retroalimentación para el proceso PSMs.
Buenos dias ! In this work we are trying to evaluate the Agent-based modeling alone to support Problem Structuring Methods. However for future works this is a very interesting idea (the combination of ABM and SD). With the agent-based simulation of different agents behaviors we expect to have different results that will improve the stakeholders knowledge and that will improve the systemic understanding of the situation. The simulation assessments can provide information feedback for the problem structuring participants.
